  • Cast Application – Patient must present registration receipt, X‑ray, plaster of Paris, ortho‑padding, and pay application charges; Waiting time ≈ 45 min; Charges as per Nyeri County Finance Act

  • Crepe Bandage Application – Registration receipt plus crepe bandage and application fee; Waiting time ≈ 7 min; Charges per Finance Act

  • Arm Sling – Registration receipt, sling, and application fee; Waiting time ≈ 7 min; Charges per Finance Act

  • Manipulation Under Anaesthesia (MUA) – Registration receipt, X‑ray, POP/crepe bandage/ortho‑padding, service‑fee receipt; Waiting time ≈ 45 min; Charges per Finance Act

  • Cast Removal – Registration receipt, X‑ray, and removal fee; Waiting time ≈ 45 min; Charges per Finance Act

  • Cast Review – Registration receipt and previous X‑ray; Waiting time ≈ 10 min; Charges per Finance Act

  • Removal of External Fixator & K‑wire – Registration receipt, X‑ray, and removal fee; Waiting time ≈ 45 min; Charges per Finance Act

  • Cast Application (Under 5 Years) – Registration receipt, exemption receipt, POP, ortho‑padding; Waiting time ≈ 45 min; Charges per Finance Act
